Shipping Within the Netherlands

· Standard Shipping: €4.99 (Free for orders over €75)

· Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

· All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries within the EU and beyond.

· Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination

· Delivery Time: 4–10 business days (depending on the country)

· Please note: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

· Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

· Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day.

· You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Track Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Delivery Issues
