3. Shipping Costs

 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, chosen shipping method, and order weight. Occasionally, VORS may offer exclusive shipping promotions or free shipping on select orders.

International Shipping

 We are proud to share VORS worldwide and understand the importance of smooth international shipping. Here’s what to expect for orders outside the Netherlands:

 

        •        Customs and Import Duties: Import duties, taxes, and additional fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
        •        International Delivery Times: While we aim for prompt delivery, international shipments may be subject to customs delays. We advise checking with your local customs office for further details.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

 Our priority is your satisfaction, which is why we offer a simple, thoughtful returns policy. If your VORS piece doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to return or exchange it under the following conditions:

 

1. Return Eligibility

 To qualify for a return:
 
        •        Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
        •        Returned products should be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
        •        Final sale or limited-edition items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is incorrect or damaged upon receipt. For added security, we recommend a trackable shipping service, as VORS cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
